All i can say is im glad this is a spare engine Does anyone know any tricks to geting the front pto off on a jd 140 ive used my puller thats was a joke There must be a special too or certin type of puller Oh well First thing in the moring she is no match for my die grinder and i wont even leave a scratch on the crank shaft

There is no special tool needed.There is one bolt on the cranck and a bolt on each corner all need removed.I have never had one that even needed a puller to remove.If it is froze on the crank put some spay lube on the crank and let it sit overnight.

Ive done the pb blaster thing sanded the Crank with emeroy cloth ya it aint budged and inch i think a precion cut is in store
