Nice! Not an outrageous price eigher....wohld love to see if it is quality up close. Would also love to see the Allis beside it!

that is another reason to fix your old garden tractors

and the old will out last the new ones

That is a gorgeous tractor.  Someone did a great job, and they don't think now it is magically worth a couple grand.  I actually would think that is under priced.

I agree....its worth more than the asking price.....if I was a collector of Simplicity I would be all over that deal. New tires, paint and decals will cost you over $350....no labor etc ....hope someone here picks it up!

The same tractor just popped up for sale on Facebook, minus the cab and hubcaps for $600. I don't know if it's the same seller or not though. It is still a nice tractor but not as nice as the CL picture makes it look.

Yeah it sold for the nos cab...resto's can be tough because not everyone shares the same idea of what such a job constitutes. I will ask for some closer pics. If I buy someone elses resto, I tend to get picky vs how I would have done it (factory). With the additional pics I have seen, I would not be happy with it as is. A few things would need attention amd I really want to see the quality of the prep and paint job....tough to do from 5hrs away!
