In an attempt to increase the number of horses in the US, the AQHA is promoting the idea of "Lap Horses". So far, market studies aren't showing the positive reaction hoped for. As a matter of fact, this elderly owner couldn't even be found for comment.

When they started to wake up after the party at the frat house, each one only nodded to each other.  They were all wondering which one of them would remember how the horse became involved.  It was very quite for a long time.
