The Ford's and Jac's must've come with different tires then, unless it was just a different year thing? The reason I ask is because I'm looking for newer tires for the Ford but I'm being picky about what I put on it lol.

Yes, as a matter of fact the Ford's tires were different from the Jake's tires. The Ford used the same tire as some of the Cub's used in that era.

Next question: Was there something that used these holes above the decal? Like a reflector maybe?

I looked through the parts list and didn't see anything so I'm guessing the P.O. drilled them for some reason but I figured I'd double check before I go welding them up...

Looks like the P.O. may have put those in there. I have never seen em like that before,  but I have been wrong before.
