I had posted about a Baird Beaver on Craigslist,it was still on two weeks later and called about it,I went to look at it after work one day as it would cut down on the drive time.We came to a deal with a deposit to hold it until i could get back with the trailer.Today i went to get it and as soon as i got it home i put some gas in it and a little in the head and it fired up,ran a little bit and died. The shut off leaks around the gasket which i suspected was wrong,so have to fix that, just the gasket around the glass bowl and it seem to still be in gear, which the previous owner told me it needed some adjustment.Over all i am pretty happy

Here are some pictures where we picked it up at

It was not a bad ride until we got off of highway 421.Here are some pictures after it was home.

Your tractor is neat  :worshippy1:  your weather is not.    :(

Looks like it is in good shape.  Hope it warms up soon so you can wash off the road grime it got on its ride.

I talked to the owner and she said that someone was coming to look at it next weekend.I was going to look at before this but did not have enough funds at the time, ask if she would take a deposit to hold it.That is when she took it off of craigslist.

It was not bad here today ,that was just a 2 hour drive into the mountains but yes it will get the road grime off as it supposed to be close to 70 degrees by next weekend
