One of the possible places to build up your shop is second hand stores. We have a Habitat For Humanity Store about an hour away. When I get my pickup back on the road I plan to check in there for some sliding glass doors. Occassionally they have nice tools for sale. This one looks better than mine but I'll stick with what I have. Good Luck, Rick

I darn near filled my van with florescent lamps & fixtures at that location.
I was doing a job in Waterford CT two months ago and one night in the hotel I was looking in the area in the materials section of Craigslist Found a bunch of stuff. Turns out the habitat for humanity store was less then a 1/4 mile away form the job site. I got some GREAT deals. All brand new stuff. Also bought some used tools.

Every since then, I visit those stores where ever I'm at working if they are somewhat close by.

Also that is the same drill press that I own. I paid $125 for mine a few years ago.

Craigslist, and it was close by. Couldn't resist. I've used it many times and it works well.
