Tractor looks good! What are you concerned about with the front hitch it appears that your front adapter hitch plate looks correct

the hitch itself is not equipped with the hooks and star wheel to attach to the bracket under the front end of the tractor. I'll get some picks of that and post as soon as I can maybe tonight.

This is the hitch I have. According to the manual I downloaded it should fit the power hoe and the gardener.

. Ok that's a versa matic hitch that's the issue. Now good thing is of you notice there are two holes on the top you just need the hitch bracket an it will bolt onto the current hitch you have I'm pretty busy right now with work but when I have a chance I will look an see if I have a extra bracket setup you need

Bob, Did you ever get pics of the cast rims? I bought 2 cast rims and tires that I thought were a pair of Bolens. The owner didn't know what they were from. After I bought them, I realized that the offset of the rims were different. The rims both have matching remains of orangish paint and the same exact tire. I don't see any Bolens tag but then I think the one rim I have just had a Bolens decal at one time. I'm going to try to look at it today and see if any or all matches. I'm wondering if the spacing on one had to be different for clearance?

If your rims are rusted to the point they may poke a hole in the tube, you can fix that rather easy.  Clean the rims as best you can.  Remove all signs of any loose stuff, dust, etc.  Mix up a batch of fiberglass resin and using a small stick or similar item, spread the resin over the entire rusted part of the rim.  When it sets up clean off any pointed resin  and you should be good to go.  You will have a nice smooth surface for the tube to ride on.  This works good on the edge of the rim to seal tubeless tires also..  Good luck.
