Hey there, Just aquired a old wheel horse without anything other than the tires and blade. If you could get some fresh eyes that know Horses to look at the latest pictures I would appreciate it. I dont know my way around here but being the "Super" I know you do. I can even locate the Serial Number. But once again another old tractor pulled home with that old red Massey.

Hard to say from the pictures posted, but looks as if it might be a pre-70 Commando. What engine was installed on the machine? If you can find out the model and spec number on the engine, from the P/O, that would be very helpful. Other than that you'll be hard pressed without the tags. Did you look for a tag on either the face of the vertical riser (the part which holds the dashboard up)? It would be on the left side or the side facing the seat.

Thomas,

Did you ever find the I.D.tag on this? I can help you identify it by the tag.

Dan, I have one just like this - I just bought it yesterday - look up a 1968 500 Special and see if you think this is what it is.
