I'm sitting at work today, my wife calls me and tells me my ex wife has been trying to use my health insurance all over PA.  So she starts googling the Doctors and finds out one of them is a pregnancy Dr.  The first words out of her mouth was "is there something you need to tell me?!"  I was like what?  You better back up about 5 steps and think.  She finally calmed down, and called the insurance company and told them those were fraudulent charges.  They said, we know and we are investigating them.

I have no idea why only a woman would jump to that conclusion.  When she said she was pregnant and showed me the test I didn't exclaim "Is there something you want to tell me?!"  Same concept!

I really want to know what doctor's office accepts an insurance card that A) Has been expired for years and B) Doesn't even match her ID with the name.  As after we were divorced she changed her name back.

Must be stupid people in the world.

A woman thinks with her emotions first that's why we have a hard time if ever figuring them out. We think based on facts so sometimes it takes awhile to get the two together as one.

My brother got divorced about 8 years ago and in the past couple of years found out that his ex had taken out loans in his name using his SSN and had him in all kinds of debt. He found all this out after he applied for a loan on his business. The ex was almost arrested but her father stepped in and paid off the debts. His credit is still messed up.

"Ex. wife syndrome" can be a dangerous thing. I think it is almost a mental illness. From observation only, mind you, since we've been married for going on 46 yrs. it seems some ex's consider their position as entitlement to do damaging or flat out vindictive behaviour without any consideration of repercussions.

Oldedeeres, I think that it is worse than you say. It seems like most people give little thought to consequences. I point to our "leaders" as an example. Good Luck, Rick

I was home last night for my birthday and she never mentioned it again.

I have to say, 110 mile ride home, dinner, watch TV, fall asleep at 10:30 up at 5:10 and drive 110 miles is exhausting.

Wow, I would be more apt to ask  " is the ex -wife crazy?"

Sounds like we know why she is now your Ex, guess he doesn't realize she may go to jail for that.

My wife would ask me the same question even though I've never even given her an incling into doing something like that. They alway sseem to jump to that conclusion!

I could share stories about my ex that would make the devil look like a saint.  She currently has a warrant out for her arrest.  10 counts of writing bad checks, and now this insurance fraud investigation.  The health insurance called me last night wanting a copy of my divorce papers so they would have the date her insurance was effectively canceled on.

The sad part about it is, when I met her in 2003 she was the kindest, sweetest girl I'd ever met.  I remember we had been dating about 6 months and I got the flu bad.  I was laid up for 4 days in bed.  She would bring me Gatorade, soup, and anything I wanted to take care of me.  She would come check on my during her breaks at college, in the evening, during the night.  Fast forward to 2007 when we got married, she turned into the devil.  Meanest, most vindictive person I've ever seen.  That was a hard part of my life.

..."is there something you need to tell me?!"

At least she didn't just jump to the conclusion that you had! But in general, yes they are. I still love them though!

Sounds like she got in with a bad seed there. I only have two (joking) questions.
A) Wow, what did you do to mess her up?
B) Do you come with a warning label?

Again, just kidding, just kidding...
