DSCF5746.JPG Just thought I would share pics of my newest purchase. A Homelite T-13 Shuttle! Its the same as a Simplicity 7013 Baron. It runs and drives, but the mower deck is missing a few pieces. would like to do a restoration on this one and make the mower deck operational. The T-13 also needs a complee brake set-up as someone in the past yanked it all off! anyway, here are the pics:DSCF5745.JPG DSCF5747.JPG

Sweet! You got the headlight pods, too. You made a good choice for a mowing machine. What size deck came with it?

Good looking rig. Like the look of those headlights over the older "Kermit D. Frog" style.

It is incredible some of the inexplicable things people do to these tractors. Remove the brakes? Gee the main brake band is about $60-65 new.

DSCF5755.JPG So this is the pic of the brake system. Or lack of it. Not sure what all I need yet and wondering if anyone has the parts I need. I could buy a new brake band. Any help is greatly appreciated!

They must have had problems balancing the brake with the clutch, a common issue if you try to tune them without the manual. Looks like all you need is the connecting rod and the brake band for the foot brake ... you can get by without the park brake if you desire.

Looks like all you need is items #3, 9 and 13.
