If you check pressure, make sure gauge is on a 'T' in line and not just connected to output line, that will blow out the pump seals.

Just thought of this , if the loader pump is seperate from the working rear lift and the tractor is outside, it could have gotten moisture in the hyd system and froze

Ok guys it's working. Pto connects to the pump and two bolts gulf the two shafts together instead of a key. Bolts had warn down to the point where the pto would spin ant the pump would turn slow and loose but not enough to do anything. Thanks for your help. I will post pics once I put the front end of the tractor back together
