I woke up this morning with the Gatlin Brothers "Broken Lady" on my mind so I looked it up on YouTube and I found this awesome list. Not a dud in the bunch. Give it a listen while you are out in your shop.

Had to edit to get the actual list and not the one video that was playing at the time.

That is quite the variety in that list. Most of it from back when a song actually carried a story you could understand.

I learned to listen to Youtube while on the web too. My taste runs 60s and 70s folk and rock. Right now I'm listening to Englebert. Good memories! Music makes life better. Good Luck, rick

Those songs are in the era that, to me anyway, was the heyday of country music. In teh late 80s and early 90s things started going down hill to making pop music and slapping a country label on it. When Billy Ray Cyrus did "Achy Breaky Heart" things started to really get bad. I don't even listen to country stations anymore since the one classic country station went off the air.

I don't listen to it either Willie. I use my Ipod Classic or Youtube. It's been years since I have watched the CMA's on TV it's crazy.
