Got down to 4F, so the shop waste oil furnace wouldn't keep lit. Putting the heat gun on the copper oil line to help out finally got it going. Then put the heat gun on the engine block. Had the heat on for a while & still hits solid. Going to warm it up right good after my late "after milking" breakfast and see if he's honest or a liar. On his ad, he said "I hooked up a battery, & engine turns over, engine should run".

Money wise, I should be good anyway, but if engine turned out un-fixable, then there's NO way I would have driven so far to have gotten this rig. I'll know soon enough I guess. But I won't have much time at all to fiddle with it, as there's my Uncle's funeral, then soon coming hip replacement my Dad is having. Lots of work to do, and being cold, lots more problems arising. I sure can't tear it down today if it isn't ice. Heading back to the shop for a while.
