Nice looking truck!  We have the same version in a GMC   1500 HD crewcab , 4.10 rears you'll have to let us know how the mileage is with the exhaust and programer  gets . Ours is stock  and any more we only get 12 mpg on the highway and about 10 mpg avg. might pay for us to upgrade like your .

The dealer said it gets 14 and 18 because of the programmer.He said that's great for the 6.0 vortec engine.I'll have to figure it out and see what I get.We drove it today and put at least 25 mi on.I thought it did very well.My blazer we would've used 1/4 tank.I think the blazer gets 12.It's definitely better than that.

I get 11-15 mpg with my 6.0, 11 would be dragging a trailer, 15 would be cruise set at 64 and a tailwind.
