Had you previously set up a viewing time?

The only way I don't honor 'first to the driveway with cash' is if someone is coming from a long distance. If someone wants to come this Friday, my response is they certainly can, if it's still here.

Where did he get his tags from? Most of them do not relate to the item being sold.

Yeah...it's bent, and it looks like it's only an 8".  $40 is cheap, but I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.  If he told you it was sold, when you called....what's the problem?

Generally when i sell things it is first called, first served (unless ridicule) but hey, mabey that is just me and my principals.

The, ''hey gess what ! already sold even thou we set up a time yesterday to meet today'' set up burns me, if that does not bother you then i have nothing more to say about this.

was going up to look at it, could not tell if it was a 8 inch or 10 inch by the pictures, you guys confermed that and something i missed,.....the molboard is bent !

Gess it worked out for me in the end.

I don't follow...your post above said:  ''sold it like an hour before you call, heh, peace''

Doesn't that mean that he shares your principles, and sold it before you called?  Maybe the story just isn't clear.  Did he sell it before you called, or did you make a deal on the phone, drive there, and find out he sold it outside your agreement?

You're still not over that? Holy moly, I'm backing away from the screen, that's one nasty bug! You've been sick, for what, 5 days now?

Trying to learn from my mistakes, this was posted four days ago, with the hitch, looks like it could fit my Squire.

Is this a good deal ?

Seems a little high to me, but prices could be higher up there. That looks like a Cub sleeve hitch on there.

Haven't a clue if the hitch will fit your tractor.

Ask the seller for dimensions of the hitch....looks homemade, but many are. If it 6.5" wide at the mounting points its a fit. If not, an easy mod.
