Hope you feel better soon. Hope it doesn't turn into pneumonia like I had. Put me in the hospital for a week.

Feeling a little better today, was able to type things out without having to go back several time for spell corrections.

Drove today and felt more capable behind the wheel, feel up to going to Greenfield today.

Seems the brunt of the flu is over and on the run, just dealing with the aftermath which is infinitesimal by comparison.

Lots of fluids, tea, crackers and such. Thank for all of your kind words guys, made a miserable day more tolerable.

Glad you're on the mend. The only time I ever want hot tea is when I'm sick like that. Someone got me some "Lemon Lift" tea one time. I crush up two vitamin c tablets in a cup of that tea and it helps, don't ask me how, but it does.

Good to hear its getting better. Had a touch of it over the weekend, and I feel for anyone that has been laid up for a few days. The washed out feeling  with no energy just drove me nuts.

Thanks guys,

A update, still have a cough and wonderful stuff comes up in the morning but all in all the flu has been kicked out.

For a moment there on thrusday it felt like it was coming back, still have to be careful though.

Lots of teas, soups, ginger roots and no junk foods.

Yes, it's tough getting over Jesse, but time takes care of it. I think I started feeling mine come on New Year's Eve.  I've been feeling ok for maybe a week & a half, but my left ear is still popping this morning.  Yes, the aftermath seemingly drags on forever.  Hang in there!
