After two day of layed up my fever finally broke this morning, this was the worse one yet.

After my MSHA class at Greenfield Community Collage i begain to feel under the weather, with in a few hours had a very high fever, stayed in bed for two days forcing myself up yesterday afternoon to snowblow the driveway yesterday afternoon before crashing for the rest of the evening.

finally had something to eat this morning, very weak and have bells ringing in my head.

Schools are breeding grounds for viruses, mutating into something vaccinations are useless against, i was going to to hospital today if the fever did not break.

Do not wish this on anyone, take care.

Sorry to hear that you have the flu. KEEP WARM and HYDRATED. This thing is killing people. You must keep up your strength by eating and sleeping. A couple of hot showers per day will help you feel better for a short while. Good Luck, Rick

Sounds like you have it on the run with the fever breaking. Take it easy for a few days and keep warm and well hydrated. Sometimes a secondary infection like pneumonia can develope when you've had the flu. It may take another week for you to get back to normal.

Trying to, this is a bad one, first symdems are light headedness, confusion and trouble speaking followed shortly by coughing and head achs, (bell ringing) then it hits and every joint hurts and the life is sucked out of you.

I rarely have nightmares, could not tell if i was awake or sleeping.

Think i will take a nap, have to drive to Goshen today.

Dont go anywhere. You can have a relapse and spread it to others. Stay in bed. I had the Swine flu shot and got sick from it in the Army. I was a hospital patient for 5 months and it took 15 years to mostly recover. Its been 36 years and my hands and feet are still partly numb. This is very dangerous. Good Luck, Rick

Hope you feel better soon.

I've had a chest cold for 2 weeks now.  It will not break loose.  Night time is miserable, get up, go to work, feel fine all day till I wake up around midnight coughing.

Sounds like you have a bad strain of the flu. Take care don't push it. Probably shouldn't go out for a while yet until it is gone. The chance of you being a carrier still is good. Drink lots of liquids and try to stay warm. Good luck and I hope you get over this soon.  Roger.
