I purchased a 1450 last winter and finally got it into the shop today. I bought a snapper 1650 to use for parts. I have a mower deck, snow plow and wheel weights. I need to do some hydro-pump swapping and try to find all the missing parts to put the 1650 PTO onto the 1450. The splined shaft on the 1450 was sheared off. I need to track down a PTO drive shaft with pulleys. After all the mechanical work is done, a nice paint job and a black seat and I should be ready to get er dirty.

Looks like you have a nice base to start with. I love my 1855, I still need to do some work to it but its a usable tractor.

The tractor looks solid and should turn out great when you are finished

Hey, is that plow blade bent. or is it curved and shaped hike a large high-way truck plow? It looks like a tight and short curve on the right side.

That plow does look look it has been flattened or something?

I missed it too, but to be fair... there IS a John Deere parked right behind it and the seat "almost" lines up with it. Now I just keep looking at the seat and thinking "would you like fries with that?"

Whereabouts in the pic section. Several pages in the Massey area to look through. Could you post the pics here, or provide a link?
