I got this over the summer thinking it would be cool to have as part of my Bolens collection. I will admit that it's a cool piece of Bolens history but it's not doing anything sitting in my shed and it's also a project that I won't get to anytime soon. What I know about it is that it's a 18" mulching mower. It's in great shape for its age, not rusty at all, just dirty. It doesn't run due to no spark. This would be a great piece for a Bolens collector.

I'm located near Pittsburgh Pa

I have never seen another one of these sell so make me an offer

I got excited for a second but when I seen the pics It is a mid to late 70's model.

If it was From the 50's or 60's I'd be driving down right now!

That is my brother's D4-10 project. I don't think he wants to sell it.

What do the ones from the 50's and 60's look like? I don't think I've ever seen a picture of one of them. You could still drive down anyway, I'd make you a great package deal of old Bolens stuff.

There were many different models made, here's a few pics to show some of them.

What other stuff do you have? Looking for stuff thats 1919-1966

I've only seen a handful of the Orbit Air's and they have all been in PA, If you come across one and its in decent shape grab it for me! :D

I believe he does. My brother is a member here, his forum name is Suburban 12.

I will keep an eye out for other Bolens mowers. So far this one is the only one I have seen in person.

I don't have much in the time period you are looking for but I do have a ton of stuff. I have a really nice 853 that I'd like for it to go to a collector, an old Bolens chainsaw, a 70's Bolens lawn trailer and other newer tubeframes. I found something I would like to buy so I need to sell a lot of what I have collected so I can raise the money to buy it.
