You ford guys might like this.

Pain in my butt doing this with the bucket attached, lots of stuff had to be moved, dash, fuel tank, battery/fuel tank bracket just to get a socket to the top starter bolt.

Fuel line had to be removed to get to the bolt, bleeding the injector lines bellow.

Puff of smoke and she's off.

Access to the starter is seldom easy, whatever the color. Ask anyone with a JD 318. You fixed it like a pro.

You did a good job there. I have only changed the ignition switch on my 1500. I do not have a loader on it so it has not been bad to work on. The little diesel sure makes me grin.

Puts me in mind of a Kubota B600, same throughout weight and power but Shibaura built. Dependable, durable, easy to use, hard to work on, typical of any Japanese tractor.
