Gaylord got 3/4 of ice this morning so I spread a few bags of salt and then did some hand chopping and then fired up the walk behind plow and the mini loader . What a big mess.

We didn't get that much here. Just rain. Roads are slippery now though. Looks like fun. Roger.

I wouldn't wish ice upon anyone.  It's a real PITA.  You should see the mess we got going....LOTS of rain.  I think I have snow floating in the back yard.

Don it looks like you have it pretty well under control. We never got anything near that. had freezing mist yesterday and had a light glaze on the driveway. Sun was out early this morning and it melted for the most part.
I had the tractor out about 11:00 and pushed back some piles. It is getting very damp overcast and windy, now.

60+ here and sunny, it will be close to 70 tomorrow, I'm hoping for a really, really large snow storm 8+ inches before winter

Ice is the worst, everything froze solid overnight so another slippery day . The local news announced no County Snowplows or tow trucks would be on any backroads until today or tomorrow because of the extreme ice that froze on top of the thick layer of snow. The day before the ice arrived the city was blowing some of the snowbanks back. They also had a wheel loader on our street trying to open up the drains for all the freezing rain . A big Mess.
