This happens 3 times a week or more on highways around here, Trucks entering 4 lane from the entrance ramp with a heavy load going to fast and either jack knife or overturn. Professional truckers aren't what they used to be, and neither are "licensed" drivers. I quess this isn't a cation, sorry
