This teasing is kiling me. It looks like it will be sunday before I can get them and I cant keep teasing untill then, but I will go a little longer.

It is two engines, one complete and one missing the accessories.

I plan on putting it a WH D160. I want to make some other chages to the tractor too. I want to make it foot operated hydro, and move the hydraulic control levers to the right hand fender well. Just like the Snapper 1855. I would love to put this engine into the snapper, but I like the tractor too much to hack it up on my first mod attempt. Maybe the second engine can find its way into the snapper sometime.

Ok, I cant keep it in any longer. I won the auction on 2 Lombardini 10DL400 2 cylinder engines. One is complete and the other is missing "accessories". They came out of an allis 920. I am scheduled to pick them up sunday. Round trip will be about 40 miles :D

Best of all the auction ended at $76.

I am so excited about modding the D160. I have been thinking about new decals with a new name, something like  WH Double D 200, or WH Big D200. What suggestions yall got for names.

No kiddin! You're going to love those engines. I have one and its an absolute monster. The last Lombardini I saw for sale was used but only as a bench engine....maybe an hour on it. It was listed and sold for a grand.
