I was just curious. I've seen a couple of them in the past. From the picture it doesn't look to bad. Wish I could afford it. Thanks. Roger.

WOW, this guy has lost his mind, He said it's a one owner vintage antique and wants $2.500.00 for it. The 990 he wants $2,500.00 and $1,500.00 for the RF JD. Here's his Ad. He's just a couple hours from me, but I won't be buying from him!!

Yikes!  I sold my T-13S with deck for $125...no spark, and I had given $50 for it.

I think he has been talking to people here in Michigan, some like to price their machines like they are " Rare" or "the only one around" ??!!! It is making it hard for a collector to actually get good machines for a decent price. As I get older I wish could of held onto all those " Rare Vintage, One Of A Kind" tractors and cars and trucks I had growing up in the 50s and 60s. If I buy something to seel I will only list it for what it should bring. I don't try to get rich. Heck I've given stuff away that other people said I was crazy for doing. If I help someone out that's OK by me.  Thanks. I will not be buying it either.  Josh when did you sell that one?   Roger.

We are not of this time. Money is many peoples god now. I still value my friends over money. Most of my little group feel that we owe each other more than is owed us. The expert help when it is needed is worth more than money can buy.

Don't let the jerks get you down. There are plenty of good people here. Brian did me a huge favor and hopefully I repaid it, atleast mostly. Good Luck, Rick

I'm right there with ya Roger...I have begun finding and letting tractors go, primarily by word of mouth.  It's still fun to peek around on the internet, but I scratch someone's back, and eventually, someone scratches mine.  I've given away lots of stuff...kinda neat to let someone have that 'one last part' needed to complete something.  A new friend here recently reached out and did that for me!  Folks like that make me much more likely to continue the trend.  :smilewink:

The Homelite was a save, of sorts...I was looking for a long time, to find an AC-built version, and came upon the T-13 someone had given up on.  I dug into it, day 1, and it looked promising (good shuttle, good Briggs), but had a fellow collector I trade with contact me inquiring about it.  He made me a fair, non-running tractor offer, and I made room for that AC Homie I had been looking for   Win, win!
