I'm looking at possibly buying a bolens G214 4x4 with front loader.  Does anyone know if a mower deck can be used with this tractor?

Yes, a 60", RH discharge mid-mount mower deck was available for the G212/G214 models. The tractor would have to be equipped with the front pto kit in order to use one, however.

Welcome to GTT. Check out our Manuals Section for the manuals. The G214 is a great tractor but, parts may be a problem and you need to be willing to work on it yourself. Check out this thread :http://gardentractor...24-bolens-g174/ . It may scare you but, you need to be carefull when purchasing a tractor that is worth abunch. I hope that it is in good condition and that you get a good deal on it. We do want to see pictures. Good Luck, Rick

Unlike the earlier Bolens/Iseki models, the G214 does have an American company-sold counterpart, the White Field Boss 21. Some parts would be available through your nearest AGCO dealer.

As a matter of fact, here is a photo from tractordata.com that shows the White version with a mmm:

I'd be cautious and check parts availability before buying. The Bolens compacts seem to demand a high price around here. An older Kubota or JD(yanmar) like an 855 may be an alternative to look at depending on price.
