Having problem finding correct drive belt for Springfield. Does anyone know the answer? Clutch pedal is in verticle position when engaged & current belt seems to be the problem or if anyone had this problem before. I have a 64TME-8 with the same issue.

Your 64TME-10 and 64TME-8 use the same belts:

Springfield # 61TR-183 Special Jackshaft belt is a 5L520 (which is a standard industry number for a 5/8" x 52" belt).

Springfield # 64TR-19 Special Jackshaft to Transmission Drive Belt ( I can not find an interchange.)

Springfield # 64TR-130 Special Engine to Jackshaft belt. ( I can not find an interchange.)

I don't own any Springfields, so I can't help much.   ....If you have a copy of the tractor's manual, check to see if you have the belt routed correctly.  ....If you don't have a manual, I can scan and post one.

If the drive is not slipping, and the clutch disengages when you step on the pedal, it should be OK as is.  .....A shorter belt may not allow the pedal to come up as high, but it may not allow the clutch to disengage.
