Well it is slowly warming up? It was -15 yesterday (wind Chill -35) when I got up and warmed up to -6 by afternoon.

It was -5 when I got up this morning and that wicked wind has gone down. We are supose to be in the mid-high 30's by weekend.

I'm ready for it, this fighting to get vehicles going in the morning is getting old!!  I am not even going to try to get the Ford 1500 started till weekend. Too cold to ride the tractor anyway!

The F150 started this morning w/o help. Yesterday I had to put the charger on it on 200 amp boost.

The daughters van has not started yet? Think I'm going to have to put a new Battery in it?

0* this morning feels like -12*. We were lucky? Only got down to -6*, surrounding areas were more like -14-16* with wind chill -40*. Clouds off the lake helped, but also brought more snow. The weather was worse after the blizzard warning expired. Need to dig out today, Reports of 18"+ of snow, Haven't left the house since Saturday, With the wind we had I am sure the drifts are over 3'. You guys be safe out there.

Its cold in the sunny south I can tell you for a fact. It was 4 this morning here going up to 20 today short sleeve weather. I will be glad to see the weather get back to normal mid 40s for this time of year. My son lives 250 miles south of me said it was 9 and that's only 150 miles from gulf. We use electric heat pumps for heat and at 4 they don't work very well.

It was 58 here yesterday. Then the temp dropped to 8 overnight. Supposed to be back up to 40s by weekend. Crazy weather!

One little headsup: do not try to charge a frozen battery. They will explode. Good Luck, Rick

Here it is 5 degrees, feels like -16, and with 22mph winds it drops to between -15 and -29 degrees after wind chill.
