Ran across this and I have no clue if it is complete. I posted another thread about the need for a tiller. Any thoughts?

Does it have the belt guide at the mid-PTO?

Also, there are a bucket of grease fitting on them.  There is even one that is part of a bolt.  Make sure that hasn't been replaced with just a bolt.

Also, before you use it, flip it over & check for stress cracks.
