Just learned of a source for new Cub Cadet Weights, this guy is casting these:

Hi Glen,
Sure thing...I do still make the weights.  So far I've never found a 12" rim they don't fit. I charge $100 per set for the 26#/@ weights...and current shipping costs are $16.85 and that includes delivery confirmation. That quote is for Priority flat rate box shipping, two weights fit in one box, 52#. If you're interested in a set, I would ask you to let me know through an email, and I am not set up to accept credit cards, so I ask folks to send a personal check or money order and the very same day your payment gets here is the day your weights would ship out, no exceptions....unless postal lady gets here after 3:30 pm...then they'd go out first thing the following day. Thank you for asking about the weights...

The 1 set I got I paid $50. for the pair. I think I got lucky.

I've come across a couple of other sets local to me for $150. for a pair, and once at a Tractor show in the US for $150. for a pair.

Brand new for $100. a pair, ??? is going to be hard to beat.

Ya never know, there may be someone out in their garage right now melting down plastic pop bottles and mixing up some sacrete to make some. Of course, as soon as they slap the JD emblem on them they're going to get their a$$ sued back to the stone age.

Yeah, "Mother Deere" has absolutely NO sense of humor or compassion.  :D :D :D
