Hello, Roger.

Where will you post videos? Here, at GTT, or elsewhere. The easiest way for posting is: copy the URL (uniform resource locater = shown in your browser) and post it...

That's not a fair comparison, you're way ahead of most of us on dc powered stuff. (i.e., digital camera)

Or Photobucket.

Please don't. The use of Photobucket eventually ends with us having threads where there are no longer photos and videos and are completely useless.

Much less likely than Photobucket..

We have threads here that are useless because people use PB. I wince every time I see a PB link because I know at some point in the future the helpful thread i am reading will be void of much of its info.

I think many more people use Photobucket and then either leave or make their photos private, much fewer use you tube to store videos and pictures. While that makes it more likely a PB will be gone, but not statistically more likely. I deleted (moved)250 you tube videos to photobucket, some I have private some I have public. There are many other hosting sites that statistically are waaay worse than photobucket. But for some reason, like you said PB links seem to be dead alot, but mostly on forums. Honestly, some have told me they use photobucket to keep the link from being permanent or "owned" by the forum, which is kind of crappy.
