We had some bad weather come through last night. Ripped off a 56'x4' section of roof and a bunch of siding. It ripped my greenhouse apart and shattered several of the 3'x6' glass panels. Tossed some of them several yards. It was windy enough it blew my yard wagon(the ones we all have) across the yard. I've got singles buckets and other stuff 300' down the front yard.

What a mess.

Not to make light of your misfortune, but some folks call that "natural economic stimulus".

sorry about your misfortune, no one needs that right before christmas, i will be pulling out the chainsaw tomorrow to cut up some downed trees, as for insurance its usually useless unless your claiming large, otherwise they just pump up your premeiums for the next 5 years

I thought that was how deductible clauses worked 90% of the time. And all this time I thought it just applied to me.

I take it you've gone through this before? Sounds like the voice of experience to me!

Be careful around that broken roof and watch out for glass. Gloves are mandatory!

That's how insurance seems to work. The only thing for sure about it is that you'll be paying your premium.

Funny thing it looked good this morning in the dark. Saw all the singles in the yard when I got hone this afternoon. Looked way better in the dark. Lol

Sorry to hear about the damage and it's terrible timing , but it sounds like no one or animals got hurt and that's something to be thankful for. Good luck in the cleanup and be safe. Tom
