Hi all, here are some pics of the wheel horse 520h i traded for, turnes out its a 520hc, are the swept forward front axels on all 520s, are these units just dressed down 520s, what are the differances? this should keep me out of trouble for a while, the blade is real good and the deck only needs a minor patch, i will need a new ignition mod, but i will do a compression check first as i dont want to rebuild the onan as they are too expensive for parts, i would rather put a harbour frieght diesel into it. thanks farmer john

Looks like someone lost the assembly directions and gave up... :D

Sounds like there is lots of potential and the hydro will be nice for you too.

As for e ONAN, don't write it off yet.

No, not all 520's were built with the forward swept axle, but I can't tell you what year/model does or dose-not.

There is also a steering gear reduction that assists steering with a loader.....I think!

I would think you have done well with this WH 520!

Nice tractor. The frame is really narrow on those. I'm used to looking at the JD's with the box type front frame which is much wider.

Think that snow blade has an extension on the rear of frame to let it clear the wheels if blade is turned. Make sure you keep that with it. Might be pinned on it now?  Can't see it in the pix, just heard that. I had extension once, hard to get and expensive, so keep it safe.

That will be a great gt when reassembled.  Those 520 WheelHorses are fine tractors.
