First off, :welcome: to GTTalk
Second, value is so subjective with these machines and so many factors are unknowns. Mechanical Condition, aesthetics, location, how bad you want it... They are all unknowns that would require lots more info.

I guess the best way to go forward would be asking price and some pics... Maybe then someone would have a usable opinion.

It seems to be complete, however he has it up on a shelf, along with about 50 other garden tractors. He is wanting 300 for it with the blower and all hardware to hook it up. Everything is on this particular tractor already. Obviously this is where it came off from. No pic, sorry.

As long as its been stored inside, everything is there, and the unit is a runner... You would be hard pressed to find any machine with those capabilities for less money. As a matter of fact, most would say a 12 hp Kohler tractor is worth near that and the blower is "free"

As for the hydro, it will be a bit of a crap shoot, but the hydrostatic from that era are amazingly strong.

Thanks for your reply. I also know where there is a 1200 with hyd lift has deck and blower  and is complete. Just don't have any place to store any more. Got a newer Simplicity hydro with deck for sale. Simply do not have a need for it. It is ready to mow, whenwe get through the winter. Brrrr.

I just paid $75.00 for a 38" Jacobsen blower for parts for mine!  I bought my Jacobsen 1200 Super Chief with Snowblowe & Weight box, mower deck, front dozer blade and garden cart for $100.00 from a neighbor. She originally wanted $300.00 for it. I have seen tham go for a lot more here in michigan, with a lot less attachments. I would say if it runs good and the blower has good bearings, chain etc.. It is well worth the $300.00 asking price. Roger.
