It's that time of the year again. I keep volunteering for this duty, but I think of it as more of a Christmas present to all of you. I know we have some new folks around who may not have seen a calendar so here's a link to the first and last years calendars.

The first year, we used the Tractor of the Month winners. Last year, we used the second place winners since first place were getting magazine coverage. We can do that again this year if you folks are okay with it.

Or something different for the pics. Guess I need to figure out how to put a poll on this.

Anyways, I want some input from you folks. Once the pic issue is finalized, it won't take me long to have it ready as a PDF download.

So last place for "the worst looking tractor" would be the best looking tractor, right!

For this one I think 2nd place as the 1st places were in the LAGT mag.

For the future though, 1st place.

I think second place. First place is already shown on the GTtalk homepage. This would give people who come in second something to brag about. :rolling:

I like that idea too. Could have a different bunch of tractors every year. Like: restored one year, original the next, attachments, working, custom?? Anything like that. We could start a thread that everybody could post a picture of their tractor in. Then we could vote on them or maybe just have somebody pick them out. Somebody who didn't enter one though. :smilewink: Just a thought...

what a great way to expand my idea every year could be a different theme and maybe after 10yrs most everyone will have had one of there gts in a calendar lol. either do a poll or a random pick they just see all the gts an pick the ones they like.

A good idea that just came to mind not sure how ya all feel but have the calender In Memory of dstaggs since he was a very active member

Greg, I hadn't thought about that! Good to see folks voting! I'll leave it a few days so everyone gets a chance to voice their opinion.

Rick, You probably had voted. I forgot I had to vote to see where/what on it. Sorry!

Some good ideas for the other category, might be good to think about in later years on some things.

It would be ok with me for Kenny and the mods just pick random pictures members put on the site. There's a lot of cool stuff in the pages of this forum! I would go with the second place ones as my second choice.
