HI GUYS, "HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL" , well i got my wh520 yesterday and was to trade a jd 210 for if but when we went to move the 210 its stuck in gear,so i gave him a 212 ,when we push it the left wheel is free the right goes into reverse, i know it was free when i put it there, locked it in gear when parked. i have done the usual push forward/backward, rock it , play with the shifter, and the ever popular yell and curse method. any thoughts , thanks farmer john

I've found the parking brake caliper to be stuck in the clamped position when this has happened to me. Good Luck, Rick

Have you tried moving the gear shift?  What happens when you crank it?

aint this a peerless 2300 or 4 speed?  if so i pulled the 3 shifter bolts and got the sliders inline using a screwdriver free it right up

I see you live in Canada , is there any chance moisture got into the rearend . I've seen ice cause cub rearends in really cold weather of winter to act like they are locked up .

I didn't do it! Unless you have paperwork to back it up
