for sale or trade: Garden tractor 54" snow blade and mower deck - $900 (Plattsburg)

For sale: Sears FF/18 hydrostat garden tractor made by Roper, has been painted like a Massey. Briggs twin 18hp, 700 hours, runs great. Category 0 , 3 point hitch. Snow blade has hyd. lift, manual turning. New chains. Tuned up and ready to go, new plugs, air cleaner, fuel line, carb rebuilt, fuel pump rebuilt. Oil changed. Everything works like it should. also has a 50" mower deck not shown in the pics. Tractor is a little taller and wider than a 445 John Deere. that was what it was to compete against in the early 80's.
$900 cash or possible trade
Will deliver locally for a fee.

I don't see ff's come up for sale often enough to know what's fair or not but that doesn't seem too unrealistic to me considering how nice it looks. Not that I would mind getting it for less though lol...

That was posted a while back, but I think the price is cheaper now. Wouldn't be a bad deal.

Looks like a real nice GT that you could do some work with. Glad he didn't  try to pass it off as a untitled 1650.png MF

i dont think $900 is to far out of line, we all have probably over spent on that $200 tractor deal, then spend a bit here a bit there then suddenly find out when we tally it up that that beauty cost you a arm and a leg plus time, a nice restore does not come cheap the way parts are going

Hey that FF looks awesome in Red. He's got his JD models all mixed up. A 445 was not even a gleam in it's designers eye when the FF was made.

That does look good in Red. Wonder what condition the deck is in... That could make all the difference in value too
