Thats not a Sno-Thro PTO Shaft, that's for the mower deck ;-)

If you can find the U-joints you could rebuild it. I've searched for them but have not found any that small yet.

Here's one half

Here's the other half with a modified mower deck half

You could probably build one with Neapco N1000 Series or Spicer 1000 Series parts

There was a guy selling them on ebay that he built for the decks and the sno-tho's

They list the sizes, have some small ones listed in their catalog. Then just do a search to see who has em.

I'm back :)

Hi guys :)
I've been half searching for a fix for this just because I ran across another post on another site with the same issue, I have a Sno-Thro, and my dad has 2 of them.

Just ran out and dug through my pto stuff and found half of a brand new shaft I must have found on ebay for cheap.

The round ring around the hole is the stake.

On the end of the caps it says

Made in the U.S.A.

Now to take the other half apart and rebuilt it

I also wanted to add that if you choose to buy a new shaft you might want to buy one for the latest 831 Sno-Thro because it has the Quick Detach splined yoke.
