I am new to this site and wondered if anyone had information or where i can get information on the transmission on my ford 100. I believe it is a 1966 Ser# 53059  1715. It wines a little just want go through it. Also every thing I've seen so far they have a aluminum deck but mine has a heavy duty steal deck.THX

Look for the link at the bottom of this post for pic help. I am not sure which transmission this has. Is it a four speed?

Hi welcome aboard.  As far as the deck, I believe the aluminum decks didn't come out until 68 or maybe 67 when the tractors changed slightly, longer foot rests being a visual cue.  The earlier models had more of a square steel deck so your 66 is probably correct with a steel deck.  I'm no expert just saying what i have seen...

The 42 inch deck was aluminum the 36 inch deck was steel.
