Thanks for posting this. Just picked it up.
I never lifted a 3pt plow before..... that's a heavy sob. If I'm measuring correctly, it's a 12" (where's the correct place to measure?)

I guess my Christmas present came early. ;)

Just call me Santa Buzz  :D :D :D

I'd say it's almost certainly a 12" plow.  I think that 12" is all that Brinly made with the 3-pt.

Don't measure the length of the share. Looking at it like this,  |\| you would measure the distance between the lines.

That was a good deal.  Dad stole one at an auction about 7 years ago for $50!  And it had really nice paint on it and was barely used.

We'll see.  Most likely candidate would be the 990 but I still need most of the hitch pieces.  At this point I only have one of the lift arms.  And the tractor itself needs a new hydraulic line and a bushing or bearing on the hydro input shaft before I'd work it hard.  The input shaft has so much wobble it acts like an additional u-joint in the driveshaft.  The GTX-18 would probably plow ok but TB / Duratrac 3pt setups are rarer than hen's teeth.  I basically bought it because I know sooner or later I'll have one of the 990s in plowing shape and you don't see 3pt plows for sale real often.

So, you either need to get busy, or... Maybe find another tractor with three point...
"But Dear, I have this plow... I need this tractor to go with it..."
