I went to buy a case of beer (i'm in my 40's).. The lady asked me for ID. Uhh Be right back i said. It's in my truck. When i showed her she blushed. I said thank you, you just made my day.. It's the little things that make me smile.

Maybe she was mentally dividing by seven to go from dog years back to human ones? Or maybe she was betting you would have to go out to get it, and wanted time to dial 9-1-1.

Actually she might have been blind.. She did hold my DL up pretty close to see it..

Maybe she was mentally dividing by seven to go from dog years back to human ones? Or maybe she was betting you would have to go out to get it, and wanted time to dial 9-1-1.

She would have needed to call animal control for the dog on the loose..

I had a similar thing happen awhile back, I thanked the lady for making my day and she explained the state patrol was cracking down on underage liquor sales and she was carding anyone who didn't look 60....... kinda busted my bubble! :rolling:

it is truly one of life's little pleasures isn't it!! :smilewink:

You guys let us goof balls sign up..  :poke:  Don't worry.. i wont pick on people i don't know.. But if someone joins in i'm fine with that.. just expect you will get what you dish out.. I'm a jokester at heart.. heck i've put flour in the defrost vents of my wifes jeep.. guess what she did..

She washed my hunting clothing in Downey then used lavender bounce to soften em.. yup.. in hunting camp i smelled like flowers.. i'm sure the deer could smell me for miles..  :wallbanging:  All i could do was laugh.. Ask Cat about some flowers. Ahh life is to short to be serious.. Even our son at one year old is a goof ball.. I love this home of ours.. Serious people can leave their attitude at the door.. I don't have time for that..  :firejumper:
