The one front tire holds air good the other the seal around the rim is broken so it should just need a tube.

The steering wheel is good but I can't get it off. one small crack that isn't really noticeable on the bottom and the wheel isn't weathered or anything.

How are the rear hubs/axles?  Are they all wallowed out where the woodruff key sits or are they still tight?
