Santa just called

and he's tickled pink,

The sleigh worked Great

but he started to think.

"I need more horsepower

I need more speed,

A big block V-8

should fulfill my need!"

"A 427

or a 396,

Dual quad carbs

just to sweeten the mix."

"A radical cam

maybe black jack headers,

Whatever you can think of

to make it sound better."

"A Muncy transmission

coming up through the floor,

A four eleven rear

and suicide doors."

A convertible top

to open in Spring,

dress up the interior

with Gold bling-bling.

"A rear view mirror

with big fuzzy dice,

A dashboard defroster

for times when there's ice."

"A Jenson stereo

with woofers and speakers,

Black tinted windows

to make it look sleeker."

"A five point harness

attached to the seat,

Don't forget air conditioning

and heat for my feet."

I said, "That's a lot

I'm only one man",

He said, "He understands

just do what you can."

So I have this sleigh

that I must refab,

Into a Hot Rod

might not be so bad!

Repaint the body

and finish with clear,

A lot to do

in only a year.

But I'll keep you posted

and in the loop,

As I work on Santa's

Little Deuce Coupe!

Or you could just upgrade the drive train and leave the sled traditional.    Rick

That was another good one. I had Jensen 6x9's in the back of my new 76 Blazer.
