My nephew Craig (GTT member baumbaum) came down for a visit from Elkhart, IN.  He came bearing gifts!  His son works at a distributor & he sometimes gets to bring home items when crates get damaged.  He brought me several items his son brought him.  Much as I like red, the gallon of paint he brought WILL be used when I get the time.  A whole gallon can of John Deere green!  Also a gallon of JD graphite, which is used for lubing corn planter units, 4 large bottles of thread locker-2 red, 2 blue, epoxy metal repair, epoxy plastic repair, car care kit, brake cleaner, silicone spray, rustproofing spray, T50 staples, radiator sealant, chain lube, and a quart of John Deere charcoal paint.

Thanks Craig!!!!!!   :dancingbanana:   I'll tell the rest of the family that you're not nearly as bad as they say!  :rolling:

Daniel, you better do something with that paint fast before someone catches you with it and blows your sterling reputation.

Nothing like family bearing gifts ! That's a thoughtful lad, gently easing you into the "green world" like that. Big things come from small beginnings, lol.

Brian an intervention may be something we should consider.......but he does have both GREEN and RED....so we can watch from a distance for now.... Maybe it's just a Christmas thing.

Good stuff Daniel! Good to have good family members who think about you!

Hey, Craig kept all the Massey red paint!  But the thread locker is an Agco product at least!  :smilewink:

Hey, been busy so hadn't looked, but I thought the graphite was powder, but it's a coating like the EZ-Slide we put in our big truck bed & silage wagon!  I also use it on mower decks.  $42.50/gallon!  Green paint is $40.20/gallon....quite reasonable.  Figured it to be much higher.  Either way you cut it, a very nice Christmas gift indeed!!!!!!!

Oh yes, VERY appreciated!  $16 worth of threadlocker.  Can't find worth of the quart of charcoal paint.  Easily all totals more than $150!
