That's too bad.  I think it was a plus for all of us here to see the site and our members featured in the magazine.

I also have a confession.  I let my subscription lapse a while ago.  Usually you are bombarded with reminders.  When nothing came, I took it as a sign.  I haven't seen the new magazine.  I hope Kate and the gang are still ok.

I somehow forgot to renew my membership with VGTCO, and as a reminder they sent me the next issue "free" just to make sure I didn't forget or loose my subscription.

For those of you who do not get the VGTOA newsletter, consider it.

I've tried on several occasions to sign up for this.  Never got a response.  I just figured it wasn't worth it.  I may have hit them at a bad time.

If it was recently you may have. An address has changed I believe so give it another try.

That suck's I've been looking locally for a copy to read and see if it was worth getting a subscription to, is it worth it? I would love it if their was a quality mag that covered gt's

Well, that's disappointing news. I think that will be a bad business decision.

To be blunt, I get much more information from an hour of time reading here. I don't post much, only on from time to time, but enjoy it every time. The last LAGT I think is still in the wrapper.
Bi monthly and expensive. Since the takeover, more ads than info. The pics are nice and I usually see something I've never see before, but I was only continuing my subscription to see tractors from here and force of habit, cause real collectors subscribe.

Their decision will free up some $30 for the six issues I would get next year. That money will be going to becoming a paid member here and maybe even spend some extra and join the VGTOA.

i unfortunatly only saw a few of the older copies of lagt, and thought it was something i would be interested in, but as one door closes another opens, possibly this might be an opportunity for a member to create the ultimate gt magazine, without the viagara ads, who knows what kind of custom tractors the guys would come up with when they are flying on viagara, ha ha ha, but seriously a real gt magazine dedicated to real gt enthusists, parts, supplys, rebuilds, classifeds, tractor of the month center fold, just like playboy, something i can hang up in the garage, yes i know i have a problem. i am old school and like to look at a book, flyers, ect, i keep these for reference. i go and buy classifeds, i am not the only one, a magazine could probably be started if only 1 in 10 gt talk members subscribed, just putting it out there, think about it, ps remember "caption this" always good for a laugh

Well it is a shame and I will pick it up from time to time might even sign up again. It's either not comeimg to our local tractor supply or there selling out before I can get one.It was kind of nice win you see guy's tractors that you know. But it's all about the bucks now days maybe they will still watch what's going on here and pick up a story time to time.

It was great seeing member's tractors in the magazine and that is what it was all about. We have no plans of stopping our Featured Tractor of the Month. We were doing it before the magazine and we will continue to keep doing it. I just got the new nominations thread going for January :D

On a side note we have a few ideas of our own to keep things interesting in the new year :D

I know our local TSC store has LAGT on a separate smaller magazine rack in a different location than the larger rack of magazines.
