I just finished reading this entire post. Some where along the line I had missed this. Having built a simple version Electric Case. I am now looking at building my Mf8 hydro into an electric. I am curious as to what that motor is that you are using and how you find one. I have three 24 volt electric motors out of  fork trucks but they are rather large compared to what you are using. You have some neat tractors there. I like your  MF10. I will be tracking this as well as looking at your other accomplishments. Thanks.

The motor I used is a Briggs&Statton Etek, no longer made but there are similar improved ones that you can buy now.

This was designed to replace a gas engine, it has a 1" dia, 3" long output shaft on it, similar to what a lot of small gas engines have. I got mine from a KIJIJI ad.

New version has double the power ratings of the original Etek motors.

Update

Etank is in action, trying to do 1 part a day but some parts have being in there for 3 days.

I picked up a pair of 5 rib V61s for the front tires at the Old Tyme Days show in Dover on Saturday.

Tonight I ordered the Fuel Gauge form 1 supplier, the controller, throttle and contactors come from another supplier.

Project is moving forward and the clock is ticking on this one.

Some parts arrived today.

2 outer rear axle bearings and a Fuel Gauge or battery level meter.

Still need to get 2 inner axle seals then I can put the trans-axle back together.

Also ordered most of the electronics today, Controller, Foot Throttle, Main contactor, and the Reversing contactors.

ET3 is not going to make it to Dans Plowday. Still in too many pieces and too much to do on it.

Some people went to a lot of trouble to help me on this project and I'm not going to meet one of the goals of it.

I got nobody to blame but myself for not getting it done on time.
