Maybe take all the parts, and while everyone is standing around shooting the bull, they

can help and finish putting it together. It may come out looking a bit odd, and may not

run, but it would be a good group effort. :smilewink:

Update

Yesterday I picked up a parts tractor, mainly for the trans/axle

http://gardentractor...-tractor-fs-ri/

4 members were involved in me getting this tractor home, each of us helped the others and each of us got something we wanted out of it. A case where everybody wins.

The parts tractor is now in pieces and the good parts I need set aside and any other good parts.

Tractor itself is pretty rough.

I'm now re motivated to get back working on this thing.

Pictures to come.

Wow,
To quote Hannibal... I love it when a plan comes together.
Or in this case, several plans.

Red is good!   I have a red tractor to be converted.  But it is still in the "Idea Stage".  Looking forward to seeing your progress on this one.    Rick
