Hi all,

New to this great forum.  Looking for the weight to be able to purchase a lawnmower lift to change blades and clean deck.  I don't know which one to buy or most importantly the one that supports 350 or 500 front saddle weight of the tractor.  There is a big price difference.  Would be interested to know if any of you have one and which one's you would recommend.

A thanks in advance !

JayI

Welcome to the forum! I don't have anything like that. Just use an engine puller/cherry picker if that need arises!

I use a motorcycle jack, Bought at HF a few years ago. One of the most useful tools I have in the shop.

JayI:

I also have the HF (Harbor Freight) motorcycle jack. Don't need to use it a lot, but sure comes in handy when I do. Lifts from 4" to 16" and works great on both the front and rear of my JD 318. Was lucky enough to pick it up for $69.99 with a coupon. a couple of years ago.
