Hello, I have an 36" rototiller and have a guy interested in buying it.  when i spin it it makes a clicking noise and locks up rotate it the other way and goes almost a full revolution before clicking and locking up again. pulled it apart and it appears perfectly fine on the inside.  My question is does these rototillers have a lock to stop them when turned over? I cant see anything that will bind it up and really getting frustrated. I dont have it hooked up to a tractor so i have to lay it on its end to rotate it. Also what is a fair price for one. and does anyone have a lifting bar that can give me dimensions and pics mine was missing it. also pics of pulley system would be helpful thanks in advance. Happy Thanksgiving everyone
