Can I borrow Ryan? He sure wouldn't break my heart to go out and deal with that crap. Poor kid doesn't realize how bad he screwed up. You'll start to enjoy not doing it and it will become his responsibility. It's never as fun when you HAVE to do it!!

He asked if he and I could trade "chores" for the winter. I said no but I reserve the right to change my mind.

I had same anger when my son started the snow cleaned off before I got home, now I give him a hard time if it isn't :D

He does our drive and a couple of the neighbors', I haul tractor to my mom's and get seat time in at her house.

It was like this when I was growing up.  Dad showed me how to plow snow and I never looked back.  He never had to do it again.  Now, every time it snows I make tracks up to his place to plow him out after I get mine and my neighbors done.  He can't do it anymore so I guess his investment paid off.  It's looking good for you to get some rest, Alan.

Be careful Alan, next snow fall KK might be out there stealing all the seat time lol.

Note to Ryan: please let your old dad behind the wheel once this year, he really needs a vacation lol. You will understand some day lol.

Alan, That's just about right, you taught him to do it now your complaining that he did. :poke:  Has he asked to go up to the farm yet, I'm sure he's looking forward to getting the JD loader to clean that drive up. :rolling:

Good Boy Ryan!!

Ryan, just in case you're following this thread, or maybe if your dad

reads you more of these posts, here's a thought for you.

Seeings how you've taken over the snow removal pleasure, maybe

you should let your dad keep doing the maintenance/servicing on your

fleet. Let him keep doing the oil changes, greasing, cleaning and

fueling up. I think he'd still like to be involved somewhat.

All you'd have to do, as the operator, is let him know what and

when things need doing. It's probably best to get him to refuel

the rigs in the morning, so you can get right at the snow piles when you

get home.

It's not like you'd be missing out on any wrenching. You've still got your

MF to do that to.

  Just a thought.

He thinks just like Dad! Better hide the keys to the GT's if you want seat time!
