Craigslist: 1967 John Deere 110 http://rmn.craigslis...4165997641.html

My gf's brother is looking at this tractor (please no one scoop it out from under him) but I wanted some opinions on it, make sure it's legit and all that good stuff...any opinions are welcome.

A little high priced if you ask me. Don't think I'd pay more than $800.00 for the package. Good luck on it, but I think you could find one cheaper.

Restored or original?  If it is the tractor, deck, and blower I would expect $1000 - 1200 depending on condition with the manuals.  Does it smoke on start-up?  When warm?

Thanks for the quick input guys. Trav1s those are unknowns as of right now but I'll make sure he asks about that.

Not a problem.  If he is someone that is looking for something to enjoy and not tinker with a nice restored tractor would likely be of more value to him than me and most of the guys around here.  The hunt and the repair is what some of us live for.

I think it might be a little high, then I noticed where it was located. Minnesota Nice must inflate the price!

He's actually quite the gearhead but this is his first time venturing into garden tractors and since I know very little about John Deere's I figured, it was time for some help from you guys lol

Looks like a nice tractor, and it's just down the road from me (about 15 miles). I'm not interested, quite satisfied with my 318.

As much as I love the hydro on the 120 there is something about the RF tractors that just I cannot get enough of.

I told him he may not want to start with a Deere as GT's are addicting and he will end up with more than one (so start with something cheap and plentiful lol) but I don't think he believes me...yet
